Happy Monday! Today was a lazy rainy and gloomy day here in Texas. It has been bad luck for me lately with nice sunny days when I work or am asleep and rainy cloudy days when I am off. This will be a perfect time for me to finally buy some rain boots! I think hot pink ones will be just what I need to conquer this nonstop rain. Since I have not been able to go out and take pictures as I want to, today I bring you another makeup look. This one caters to those with brown eyes. A lot of times it is hard to picture different bright colors on us girls with brown eyes. I gravitate towards neutral tones such as brown and coppers, I do own a lot of shadows that are brighter colors and I am always asked if they look good on those who do not have blue or green colored eyes. I think that they look gorgeous and help the colors stand out more when the eyes are brown or black. I like to use the same color on the bottom water line as well to ensure that the bright color stands out even more.
When I use brighter eye shadow colors I like to pair it with a neutral lip, this allows the eye shadow to be the main focus. For this look I did a cat eye since I did not smoke it out, when I do smoke it out I prefer to use fake lashes and also use a black eyeliner on my bottom water line. I used the Morphe 35O palette in my crease. This has got to be my favorite palette; it has great pigmentation, the colors are gorgeous, and the price is amazing. They just restocked it but it will not last long. Make sure to get yours before it sells out again. I will soon do a review on this palette, it is to nice not to have its own review. I hope this look inspires you to use brighter shadows regardless of your eye color.
I hope you are inspired by this look. Stay dry out there! Don’t forget to like, comment and subscribe!
